A woman of great worth is an excellent woman. She is a jewel, that is far more than many rubies. Loved and cherished by all she comes in contact with, a disciplined and unique woman of intergrity.
I just read Esther chapters 4 and 5 and realised that Esther was not originally sensitive to the opportunities attached to her position as queen. She was possibly afraid that the judgement that dethroned Vashti may befall her. She was bound by the law of the earthly king until Mordecai challenged her and she accepted the challenge. A woman of great worth may be bound in the cocoon of ‘dos and don’ts’. However, when the light shines on her spirit, and she seeks the face of her Maker, she must dispel the darkness and take a leap of faith into destiny. Esther chapter 5 verse 1 says “After 3 days…..”. The sceptre that could have condemned her, welcomed her into the king’s presence. A virtuous woman will continuously win the heart of her King and Lord over issues that oppress her spirit, soul and body. She gains liberty in order to bring others into liberty! God bless.
